Brevy is an AI-powered tool that helps sellers create listing card drafts and related content for supported online marketplaces.

Brevy is designed to assist your workflow by generating suggestions and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or using it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Brevy.

By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You're responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Some Brevy features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Are available on a monthly or annual basis
• Renew automatically until canceled
• Can be canceled at any time through the billing portal
• Remain active until the end of your current paid billing period after cancellation

Prices may change from time to time. If they do, we'll notify you before your next renewal where required by law.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is canceled.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the content you create using Brevy.

To provide the service, you grant Brevy a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not claim ownership of your listings, product descriptions, or other content.

Brevy uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, drafts, and other content.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccurate information.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or using it.

Brevy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with the policies, rules, and requirements of the marketplaces where you use it.

Brevy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy or any other marketplace.

You agree not to:

• Use Brevy for unlawful purposes
• Upload or generate content that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service
• Interfere with the operation or security of Brevy
• Circumvent subscription limits or usage restrictions
• Use automated systems or bots to abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We strive to keep Brevy available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

Features may be modified, improved, or discontinued at any time.

Brevy, including its software, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Reflow Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Brevy platform.

You may stop using Brevy at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your subscription payment fails
• We detect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Continued access would create risk for Brevy or other users

Brevy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brevy and Reflow Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Brevy will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitations are prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we'll provide notice through the website, email, or within the application where appropriate.

Your continued use of Brevy after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
